Builder Jerry Gorski of Gorski Engineering, Inc., transformed his former high school into 30 distinctive condominiums. His commitment to maintaining the historical character of this circa-1939 stone structure is evidenced in the design of these one and two-story units, some with porches and patios. Custom-designed living spaces ranged in size from 1,000 to 3,100 SF, with covered parking.
